Love the Ranch House!! ❤️❤️ This was my second time staying with friends & we had an awesome time. Audrey & Clayton have thought of every detail & the house is super comfortable! We really enjoyed the new deck & hot tub too! It was lovely to relax under the stars after a long day of hiking 🥰

The Ranch House is large and comfortable and every amenity we needed or could want was there. The view is beautiful and the setting peaceful and serene. We saw lots of colorful song birds out the window. The weather moved in but it was a great place to relax and watch it snow. The electric fireplace was great. We could park right next to the entrance and easily unload. It is close to the road but far enough not to be bothered by road noise.

Was very impressed how the access to the house was maintained with the recent snow storm. Made it very enjoyable to be able to pull our snowmobile trailers and be able to turn around. The close drive to Rabbit Ears parking lots was a huge bonus! The house was definatly big enough for our group. We were able to relax and sleep very comfortably. Also being able to prepare and cook our own meals on the grill or stove was great as well. We did not utilize the hot tub and pool table amenity as we would have froze our tush's off on the hike back up the road to the house haha. Definatly would recommend. I took video of the place to send to my brother who also owns a rental property and may stay here in the future.

The two of us wanted to get away from the Denver hubbub and busyness. “Rabbit Ears Basecamp” was a pleasant and welcome stay for our three nights away. We stayed in the Trapper Cabin where we enjoyed a nice clean cabin, comfortable queen-size bed and outdoor and indoor seating areas. The cabin provided us privacy and comfort. A well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances allowed us to have breakfast every day in the cabin and even a late-night dinner one night. We also enjoyed our nightly dart game and the hot tub at the Hitchin' Post. Great scenery, abundant wild flowers, spacious parking and an easy drive to Steamboat made Rabbit Ears Basecamp the right choice for our weekend away.
